Pickering Pollinator Garden Installation

Needs

This project was completed to help create a space for native pollinator plants to thrive and educate the public. Working along side a long standing partner we installed this walk friendly garden for local schools to come in and plant the native species pollinator plants, promoting the education and appreciation for our communities green spaces.

Solution

Working alongside a long-standing partner we installed this walk friendly garden for local schools to come in and plant the native species pollinator plants, promoting education and appreciation for our communities' green spaces.

Outcome

This garden has begun to flourish and now lunch is taken by the facilities staff in the garden. Allowing them to enjoy the buzzing and humming of the pollinator, friends flying about the garden. And the local school that assisted with the planting has been able to watch the gardens' development.
